For this episode of Connection Loop, Dubb founder Ruben Dua was pleased to speak with Kenyatta Turner. Both Ruben and Kenyatta shared many different insights related to behavioral science and optimizing performance. Some of those insights included:
- Self-awareness is the secret ingredient that can help us accomplish anything. With a deep self-awareness and personal development, we can essentially do anything that we want.
- A real influencer is someone who lives personal development. He or she is less focused on likes or comments and is instead hell-bent on improving others’ lives.
- You can think of your behavioral hard-wired instinct as the part of an iceberg that is submerged. While you cannot see it on the surface, it is there and it is influencing your life.
- Understanding your behavioral style is a critical aspect of reaching your goals. This includes all of the intricacies that make you unique.
- It’s critical to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. You don’t need to do it all the time, but being proactive on this point will help you obtain the progress that you want.
This is a great episode for listeners that are looking to rapidly advance toward their goals. It also has some great insights for listeners that want to optimize their performance inside the office.
